Here is the final part of Nell's Farewell and indeed, it includes Nell's formal Farewell from the House of Correction.  It's significantly longer than the other parts, but there is a lot more going on coupled with lots of comments from the female spectators.

Again a brief recap:  We've just completed Fritz's "Welcome" to the House of Correction.  Fritz, of course, is Lottie's lover/ex-lover and it was Lottie's plan to set fire to her Uncle's house that landed them both in prison.  Now, it's time for Lottie's formal Welcome to the House of Correction.

As Wendy lifted the strap Mackenzie looked back over her left shoulder and quietly whispered to Wendy " Please don't be too hard " and turned back toward the wall hoping her mother had not heard her plea.

Wendy drew her arm back slightly and flicked her wrist causing the strap to strike Mackenzie's ass at it's reddest point.  Wendy repeated this four times in quick sequence.

Shaking her head Mackenzie's mother stepped over to Wendy saying "this just won't do." "Using your wrist as you were might work for a child or as a warm up but not for a young adult's spanking." " let me show you the correct way to strap a young lady. "

The Quiet Room - FF/F

Mackenzie struggled vainly against her mother's grip. Mother was in no mood and was marching steadfastly towards customer service, dragging the reluctant girl behind her. Even though Mackenzie was 18, she was no match for her angry and determined mother. As they approached the counter Mackenzie spotted the girl working the front, Wendy, and blushed.

"Good afternoon. How can I help you?" asked Wendy with a customer service smile.

"I'd like to use one of your Quiet Rooms," replied Mackenzie's mother plainly.

A Peek Into Shelly's Diary

Dear Diary,
Sorry for the bad handwriting but I'm writing standing
up. Why? Well I got myself in a bit of trouble the other day. It
all started Saturday night. I wanted to go to the movies with
some friends. Well I didn't have enough money and I just thought
I'd borrow some from my someone. I guess I should have said
something but I was in a hurry and so I just went into Erika's
room next door and took some money out of her purse. She was in
the shower so what could I do? Anyway, someone must have seen
me because when the next day I received a summons to appear
before the "D" Board. I couldn't believe it. I mean I was going
to pay it back. And they could have just reported it to my Big
Sister.
