Just Another Day at the Office after WWIII - Part 3













To recap... Carolyn had just received a sound spanking from her boss, Robert.  She had actually volunteered for this spanking rather than have any blemishes on her employment record.  Remember 'good jobs' were impossible to find, and even 'bad jobs' were hard to come by!  Click Here to read Part 2

The 'company strap' was introduced early on in chapter 1.  In this chapter, you'll see how the 'company paddle' is put to good use ensuring production workers meet their daily quotas. You will also see the formality and rigid process company uses in their daily group punishment sessions.

Carolyn quickly replaced her slip and then headed back to her desk.  Once there she replaced her shoes and her tight, knee length, dark blue skirt.  Then she had to decide whether to replace her panties - actually 'underpants' might be a better word to describe the actual article of clothing.  Attractive nylon panties were very expensive and mostly worn by married women or women with rich boyfriends.  Carolyn, being single and with no current boyfriend, wore the underpants supplied by the company.  Actually, her entire work wardrobe was supplied by the company as she would never be able to afford the attractive skirts and blouses that she wore in the office.

She reluctantly decided to leave her white underpants in her purse as the material was cotton and a very crude fiber at that.  There was just no way she wanted that scratchy material against her pulsing, throbbing, sore hind cheeks.  At least the company provided slip was made of nylon and did not cause undue irritation as she sat at her desk.  Sitting, of course, was NOT her preferred position. She'd much rather stand for the balance of the day, but she knew that Robert would never allow.

She was wondering what in the world had made her be so bold as to “propose” to Robert.  She could have lost her job and that would have been an absolute disaster.  Fortunately, not only did Robert NOT get upset, he said he'd discuss the idea with his wife, Margaret. That meant there was some hope for her and Robert.  Then she started worrying about Margaret and what would happen if Margaret got upset.  Could she still be fired?? Would Margaret demand that she be punished for being so bold? Would Margaret want to punish her herself... maybe even with the company strap?

As these thoughts and worries were swirling around in her mind, Brenda Madison entered the office suite and greeted Carolyn with a somewhat timid, “Hello, Carolyn.  Am I at the correct time for my sales quota review?”

Carolyn quickly snapped out of her daze and answered, “Brenda, good to see you!  Yes, your timing is perfect and here are your official results to give to Robert.  Congratulations!!”

“Oh, NO! What did I just say???”  Right after she congratulated Brenda, Carolyn knew she had made a huge mistake. She wasn't supposed to share results with the salesgirls.  If Robert knew, he'd be very angry.

Brenda, on the other hand, responded with a relieved, “Pheeew, boy that is good news!! Don't worry, Carolyn, I'll act surprised for Robert.  I've been worried all morning about that company strap.  Last night, Joe, my boyfriend, gave me a good whipping and I am soooo sore!”

“Uh OH.  What happened?”

With a slight grin on her face Brenda answered, “Well, it seems I called Joe's bitch of a mother ... a BITCH! Unfortunately, Joe heard and was furious.  So, he ... well ... you already know what I got. Sitting is something I won't be doing for a while, and I'm so glad that I won't have to face that damn strap.”

“Well, I'm happy for you, Brenda. Just remember to act surprised or Robert will be using that darn strap on me,” whispered Carolyn.  Then in a much louder voice Carolyn shouted, “Mr. Morgan, Brenda is here for her review, should I ask her to sit and wait?”

“No, please send her in,” replied Robert.

Brenda quickly entered Robert's office. “Hello, Mr. Morgan!  Carolyn asked me to give you my review folder,” Brenda said as she passed the file to Robert apprehensively.

Robert quickly opened the folder and mumbled, “Uh huh!”  He then reached down and opened one of his drawers.

While he was doing this, Brenda looked terrified and thought, 'Oh NO!  What is he doing? In those lower drawers he keeps a company paddle.  Am I going to get the paddle instead? Was Carolyn not giving me the full story?'

While she was lost in worry, Robert pulled out 3 REWARD CHIPS. He quickly handed them to Brenda and added, “Congratulations on a fine month!!  3% over quota, Brenda!  Nice going!  You deserved these chips and I hope you enjoy.”

Once again Brenda breathed a sigh of relief, “Oh thank you, Sir! I worked really hard last month and this morning just before I came here, I closed another good deal.”

“Well, that's just excellent, Brenda.  Are you planning to spend or 'bank' your chips?” queried Robert.  (REWARD CHIPS could be used as money in fine restaurants or SAVED to offset swats on months when the quota was missed.)

“Oh, I'm definitely taking my boyfriend Joe out to dinner tonight.  Last night we had a little 'tiff' and I need ... well I need to make amends.  So, thank you so very much, Sir!  Next month I'm shooting for 4 Reward Chips!”

“Perfect and as always, Brenda, if I can help in any way to make a sale, please don't hesitate to call me.”

“I will, Sir! You can be sure of that.  You just don't know how much I'd rather have chips ... than swats with that company strap.  Bye now!”

As Brenda left, her parting words struck Robert.  He was delighted to hear that his incentive system really and truly worked.  He often wondered with all the spankings working women got, if his swats made any real difference.  Brenda's comment, however, made it clear that his salesgirls really dreaded the formal discipline and especially “that company strap”.

Actually, this strap was 'invented' by the women's prison system as a means to punish prisoners in a quick and efficient manner. This strap did just that as often the prisons would have a dozen or more inmates to punish for rule infractions.  Then, with so many requiring discipline, an instrument was needed that would give a memorable punishment with as few strokes as possible so administrators could cycle through the punishment list fairly quickly.  This strap, composed of black rubber stitched to a think leather top, worked just as intended.

Naturally, such an instrument would NOT work well for serious PUBLIC punishments where the intent is to punish, but at the same time provide a significant deterrent to the assembled inmates watching.  Problem is the hind cheeks and thighs on any inmate getting over 20 swats would become numb to additional swats.  Either a cane or a lighter strap (made mostly of leather as opposed to rubber) would work better on these prolonged punishments.

The goal of achieving the maximum deterrent for an inmate in a PRIVATE setting could easily be achieved, however, with this compound strap.  Something like a dozen swats before bed repeated for two or three days would break even the most hardened inmates.

As Brenda was leaving, a group of productions workers wandered into the office suite.  They were here for the “noon parade”.  Well, it wasn't really a parade.  Instead, at noon every day those production workers, who failed to meet yesterday's daily quota, were sent to Robert for some “encouragement”.  Naturally, all of the production workers were females and rarely were they married.  About half had boyfriends with the balance being totally single.  Today's group had two teens - 17 and 19 years old.  Then there was one older worker aged 37, which was fairly uncommon.  (A worker this old and experienced rarely attended a “noon parade”.) Like Carolyn, this woman had just gone through a bad break-up and subsequently, lacked concentration.  The remaining women were in their early to mid 20's.

As they slowly walked in, Carolyn took control just as she did every day.  She identified and looked up the discipline history of each worker.  Once all the paperwork was completed, in an official tone Carolyn explained, “Ladies, today we have a total of six who failed to meet yesterday's quotas.  Three of you have clean records.  That is, you have NOT been here for “encouragement” in the past three weeks.  While the remaining three have been here only once in the last three weeks.  Fortunately, no one has had multiple visits. Therefore, there are no candidates for mandatory immediate dismissal.”

A huge sigh of relief was forthcoming from the assembled women.

Carolyn continued, “You will be going into Mr. Morgan's office in just a minute for your spankings, but before you do, I need to ask whether anyone would prefer immediate dismissal.  So, one by one please state for the record whether you choose dismissal or a spanking.”

As their names were called, each of the women dressed in their blue jean overalls, said in a clear voice, “I'll take the spanking, Miss.” (Now, this formality was repeated every day and all workers understood both their options and the exact wording they were to vocalize.)

Once she had recoded the responses, Carolyn instructed, “OK, ladies, please follow me into Mr. Morgan's office, so we can get this unpleasantness over as quickly as possible.”

“Mr. Morgan, we have six in today's “noon parade”.  Two attended a parade last week.  One was in a parade two weeks ago and the remaining three have clean records.”

“Thank you, Carolyn,” said Robert and he continued, “Ladies, you are here to receive 'encouragement' to achieve those daily quotas, which we take most seriously.  As I'm certain Carolyn has already explained, 3 missed quotas in a three-week period calls for immediate dismissal.  Those who attended parades in the last three weeks will get 1o swats.  So will those repeat offenders please move to the right-hand side of the punishment table.  The remaining three will get 6 swats and now if you'll kindly move to the left-hand side opposite the repeat offenders, we'll get started.”

Once everyone was in position, Carolyn, who always remained for these punishments, opened one of the bottom drawers on Robert's desk and retrieved a company paddle.  This is identical to the paddle that Carolyn had experienced while working in the secretarial pool.  Her experience with that paddle is something she'd never wish to repeat. While working in that pool, Carolyn was never able to take her paddlings quietly as did some of the more experienced secretaries.  As far as she was concerned the paddle hurt something dreadful and she knew that these women would all walk out of Robert's office with red eyes, running noses, sore, throbbing hind cheeks, and an extremely strong desire to never, ever attend another “noon parade”.

Once everyone was in position and Carolyn handed the paddle to Robert, and he issued the following command, “Ladies, it's time to prepare so kindly lower your overalls and underpants to your ankles.”

At this command, all six offenders immediately lowered their clothing for everyone had heard the rumor that extra swats were given to the slowest, and... NOBODY wanted additional swats.

Robert was pleased with the quick response, and it is true that he would have awarded additional swats to any and all laggards. He then instructed, “Ladies, please bend over the punishment bench and support yourself on your elbows and forearms.  Now, for the next few minutes were going to work as teams.  Move your hands towards your teammate's.  That is, the person across from you.  Then, interlock your fingers so that you have a good grip on each other.  The swats you'll be getting will hurt plenty and the natural tendency is to rise up and cover up.  Neither of which is permitted.  Your goal is to receive all 16 swats - 10 swats for the repeat offenders and 6 for those with clean records - WITHOUT violating the rules.  A failure on the part of one member of the team is a failure of the team.  Upon failure, no matter how many swats you have taken, we start over until all 16 swats are taken in accordance with the rules.  As for additional rules, there are some.  You may yell and cry as much and as loud as you want, but under no circumstances will we allow profanity or disparaging remarks about the company, Carolyn or me. As before, a failure on the part of one member is a failure for the entire team. Finally, since you are teams, you are welcome to talk and encourage your teammates.  Ladies, are there any questions?”

All six quickly answered, “No, Sir! Thank you, Sir!”  Again, this was a 'scripted' answer.

With six bare bottoms presented in perfect position for his paddle, Robert was confident that the lesson he was about to teach would be remembered for a long, long time.  He noticed that the naked, white cheeks on the two teenagers were quivering and trembling in fright. 'Strange!' he thought, 'Surely, they've experienced the paddle many, many times in high school. Although, those slender, well-formed behinds are undoubtedly most sensitive and when slapped hard by his company paddle, will cause their owners to scream out in agony. What a contrast to the older workers! Their hind cheeks were patiently waiting for the paddle to teach them life's lessons. All he could fathom was this difference was due to experience.  Those teenagers have never experienced the company paddle and their only source of knowledge about it was the stories they'd heard from their fellow workers.' 

He then recalled fragments of a conversation he overheard between two workers a few months back. It went something like: “... you just can't imagine how ungodly painful that paddle feels on your bare behind...”  Well, if that's what they were telling each other, he clearly didn't want to disappoint them! Robert was resolute that no offender would exit this room without shedding tears and making pledges to better their performance.

“Carolyn, I'm going to start on the far right and plan to make six trips clockwise around the table.  Once everyone has their six, I'll give the final four to each of the repeat offenders.  Now, with all the noise it can sometimes get confusing; so please, Carolyn, make sure I don't miss count.”

“Of course, Sir!” answered Carolyn as she looked at the six bare bottoms sticking out in perfect position to receive their “encouragement”. She knew it would be a real challenge for them to hold position, but also knew they had a far better chance as teams.  She noticed several of the bottoms had marks from a recent punishment and this was perfectly normal.  The two teens, however, had small, compact, totally white bottoms.

What was unusual was the oldest offender had a bright red bottom.  Indeed, her hind cheeks looked quite sore, and Carolyn guessed she probably had gotten a good spanking from her foreman this morning.  Usually it was the younger, inexperienced workers who, while fretting over their upcoming paddlings, earned spankings from their superiors due to concentration issues. (All offenders knew, since the end of the day yesterday, that they had missed their quotas and would be soundly paddled in the next “noon parade”.)

Robert then moved to the first offender on the far right, began tapping his paddle on the bare cheeks, and asked, “Why are you here?”

That first worker quickly answered with the proscribed, “For 'encouragement' to meet my daily quote, Sir!”

“Excellent,” responded Robert then he lifted the paddle high in the air and brought it down and then slightly upwards so that the paddle landed flush on the under-hang where the slack, white cheeks were their heaviest and had the most padding. A loud CRACK exploded and both cheeks were visibly driven upwards.

“OWWWW,” yelled the offender and she then starred straight into the eyes of her teammate with a look of determination.

Robert moved to the next offender, which happened to be our oldest offender, and looked at the red, welted and bruised globes of her bottom.  He began tapping the paddle as a way to alert the offender and asked, “What happened to you?”

She answered, “My foreman was upset with my lack of concentration. He gave me a dozen 'reminders' with his strap, Sir.”

“Very well, and why are you here?”

“For 'encouragement' to meet my daily quote, Sir!”

At that, Robert once again lifted the paddle high and delivered a hard CCRRACK to the red, relaxed cheeks.  As the paddle penetrated the soft cheeks it set them juddering and wobbling until they returned to their natural round shape.

With an already pre-sensitized bottom, the offender simply screeched out. “YOOOOUUUWWW THAT HURTS!  OH, PLEASE SIR, NOT SO HARD!”

Robert continued around the table asking the standard question and delivering hard swats with the company paddle.  No one remained silent as the initial swats were intended to get everyone's undivided attention. Then Robert came to the first 'virgin'.  That is, this was her first time in the noon parade. She responded to the standard question with the correct answer and then clenched her teeth and clenched her cheeks as hard as she could.  Even clenched, her white cheeks were trembling in fear.

Robert knew this was a huge mistake as slack, relaxed cheeks could better absorb the energy of the hard swung company paddle.  At age seventeen, she should have known better, as by this age she'd experienced dozens upon dozens of spankings. She'd never, however, been in a “noon parade” and never experienced the company paddle before.  Further, when she asked her fellow workers about the “noon parade”, they all told her of the horrors of the company paddle. They told her the pain was simply indescribable and guaranteed her; she'd never want to experience it again.

There was nothing Robert could do, so he swung the paddle as he had with the others delivering a solid CCRACCK right across the middle of both cheeks.

The young worker jerked in a reflex reaction as the paddle bounced back from her clenched hind cheeks.  She couldn't believe the pain and screamed out, “OOOWWWWW!  MY GOD THAT HURTS!”  At the same time, she desperately pulled her hands in an effort to comfort her bottom. Fortunately, she was met with firm resistance from her teammate, who said, “Hey, settle down there!  You still have five to go and I don't want extras, because you can't take your spanking.  Now settle down!  I'm getting spanked just as hard as you.  Now relax!  Stop clenching your teeth and your bottom.  That just makes it worse!”

Robert meanwhile had moved to the slightly older teen and once again was confronted with a tightly clenched bare white backside.  Again, he delivered a hard swat, which bounced off the well-formed bottom, and had the teen bucking, crying and trying to stand up.  Her teammate also yelled instructions, “You're OK.  Yes, it hurts, it hurts ... but you'll live.  We'll all live.  Now settle down and stop clenching.  When the paddle bounces off your clenched bottom it stings right to the bone.  Make your cheeks go slack and it won't hurt as bad.  Haven't you learned that by now?”

The young worker answered that she'd never experienced anything like this company paddle before.  That even the bare bottom paddlings in school were nothing compared to this.

While the “teams” were discussing and encouraging each other, Robert continued walking around the punishment table dispensing hard swats as he went.  By the fourth trip all conversations had ended as the participants were too busy crying and begging for the paddlings to end. In addition, there were no more clenched cheeks as the two teens no longer had the strength to clench.  Their sore hind cheeks were weaving and bucking, which presented no aiming problems to an experienced disciplinarian like Robert.  The crying and screaming of the two teens drained them of all remaining energy.  Even the veteran workers were gushing tears and pleading for the paddlings to end.

Undeterred, Robert continued the rounds until all participants had received six very sound swats. At that point he stopped and indicated, “Very well, ladies, you have successfully completed the first stage of your 'encouragement'. Those of you with the clean records are finished, but let me warn you.  If you return before three weeks elapse, you'll be getting the full ten swats like your teammates will be getting now.”

“You three, that are finished, are still on the team, however, so you better hold tight.  That is, if you don't wish to repeat those six spanks.”

Several rather loud “Yes, Sir's!” were then heard.

Robert then delivered the remaining twelve swats (4 each) fairly quickly.  This left the three veteran offenders crying loudly with tears running down their cheeks and mucus dripping from their noses. Once again, Robert felt a sense of accomplishment as he was quite certain, all of these offenders would achieve their quotas rather than attend another “noon parade”.

Robert then called for silence from the offenders and told them to stand up and walk over to the wall keeping their hands on their heads.  “Walk” was probably an incorrect term for with overalls and underpants at their ankles all the women could do is a little shuffle over to the wall while sniffling.  They were then told to face the wall and bend over slightly.  Carolyn meanwhile went to her desk and retrieved her camera.  She then took of a picture of six very red, trembling and blistered backsides.  Each parade's picture was projected onto large screens so women entering and leaving the company would be reminded of the consequences of failing to meet their assigned quotas.

Robert then in an authoritative voice commanded, “Ladies please replace your clothing and go quickly to the cafeteria for some lunch.”

As they were pulling up their clothing, there were several “Yes, Sir's” and “Thank you, Sir's” coming from the punished women.  Robert, of course, preferred the term “encouraged workers” and this term had some merit.  Half of the “encouraged workers” did NOT go to the cafeteria, but rather returned to their assigned workplace and immediately began working.  The few that went to the cafeteria, grabbed whatever food they could find and then they also returned to work. Not one of these “encouraged workers” wanted to risk missing today's quota.

Carolyn went back to her desk and completed all entries in the punishment logs.  She was just so thankful Robert had given her a sound spanking rather than swats with that company paddle.  The thought then struck her: If she became Robert's girlfriend, how would Robert dispense domestic discipline?  She further wondered whether he had instruments at home like the company paddle and strap.  Oh well she reasoned: If things worked out in her favor, she'd find out soon enough; and in all probability... too soon!
